Tom Jackson, one of the most well-known previous contestants on the makeover program, Queer Eye, has passed away at the age of 63.

When Netflix revived the program in 2018, Jackson was the first person the “fab five” transformed.

With a “heavy heart,” the Queer Eye cast members announced they were bidding goodbye to a “part of the family” in a tribute.

According to the obituary published by his funeral home, the Queer Eye star had been suffering from a gland cancer that had metastatic adenocarcinoma.

Tan France, the show’s fashion expert, said: “Such absolutely awful news.”

The obituary stated that Jackson considered his debut on Queer Eye to be a “highlight of his life. ”

He took pleasure in the attention and told anybody who would listen about his experience [on the show].” it continued.
