Kasie Hunt Husband: Meet Matthew Mario Rivera

Kasie Hunt married NBC News producer, Matt Rivera on May 6, 2017.

Matt is a journalism graduate from NYU, Matthew began his career as a video journalist and later worked for “The Wall Street Journal” and NBC. He was also associated with NYU as an adjunct professor.

In September 2019, Kasie gave birth to their first child, a boy. In March 2023, she gave birth to her second child, a girl.

Matthew has earned praise for his remarkable efforts at NBC, including the launch of several original video projects that explain the political process better.

Many of his works have been featured on A&E, the BBC, and the Travel Channel.
