Fernando Alonso Daz is a Spanish racing driver who currently competes in Formula One for Aston Martin.

He won the World Drivers’ Championship with Renault in 2005 and 2006, and he has also driven for McLaren, Ferrari, and Minardi.
He was voted Autosport International Racing Driver of the Year in 2006. For his performance in the 2017 Indianapolis 500, Alonso was named the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year.
In 2017, he was admitted into the FIA Hall of Fame as an F1 World Champion, and in 2019, he was recognized as an FIA World Endurance Champion.
Alonso became the first driver to be inducted into the FIA Hall of Fame twice.
