Stipe Miocic is a two-time UFC Heavyweight Champion. He is widely considered to be one of the best UFC heavyweight fighters of all time.
On June 14, 2011, Stipe Miocic signed a multi-fight contract with the UFC. In his first fight, he won a unanimous decision over Joey Beltran. In February 2012, he defeated Philip De Fries with the Knockout of the Night.

In May 2016, Miocic defeated Fabric Werdum to win the UFC Heavyweight Championship in the Performance of the Night.
Stipe was defeated by Daniel Cormier at UFC 226 in Las Vegas in July 2018, dropping his record to 18-3 and relinquishing the UFC Heavyweight Championship. For the match, he was paid a flat $750,000 purse before PPV shares.
Stipe defeated Daniel in a rematch at UFC 241 in August 2019. He earned $500,000 for the fight and could earn another $500,000 from a PPV bonus.
