Todd Bertuzzi had his most successful seasons in the NHL with the Vancouver Canucks, his longest-tenured team, including NHL first-team All-Star honours in 2003.

Bertuzzi was traded to the Florida Panthers in 2006, after seven and a half seasons with Vancouver. He played briefly for the Panthers before being traded back to the Red Wings.

Todd Bertuzzi represented Team Canada at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, as well as the 1998 and 2000 World Championships.
