Bombardier launched its first watercraft in 1968, and named it the Bombardier Sea-Doo. The watercraft was designed by Clayton Jacobson II, who lafter manufactured the Kawasaki Jet Ski watercraft.
Sea-Doo models are in five categories – Recreation, Tow Sports, Touring, Sport Fishing, and Performance.
The Sea-Doo Spark was released in 2014 and later code-named “CAFE (Clean, Affordable, Fun, and Easy to use). “The Spark eventually became the best-selling Sea-Doo model.
In August 2021 a Pontoon boat style Sea-Doo called the Switch was released.
