It is absolutely okay to be single on Valentine’s Day. Being single on Valentine’s Day doesn’t mean you are any less loved or worthy of love.

Valentine’s Day is often marked by customs like the exchange of cards, gifts, confectionery and flowers between couples or individuals who are romantically interested in each other.

Valentine’s Day can also be celebrated as a day of friendship or appreciation for loved ones in general.

While many people celebrate Valentine’s Day in all kinds of different ways around the world, it’s no longer an official Catholic holiday or an official bank holiday or a day off, however, you can always take the day off for a special day with your significant other!
