UEFA regulations require a Pro Licence for any individual that intends to manage a team in the top tier of any European nation’s league system on a permanent basis.

At the end of the 2021–22 season, Will Still got a call back from Reims, to become the Ligue 1 side as an assistant manager.

Will Still took over as caretaker manager after García was sacked on 13 October 2022. Will Still was raised in English and went to a French school in Walloon Brabant.

After Losada left in mid-January 2021 to start as head coach of D.C. United, Will Still became the new manager of Beerschot.
