Will Still has two brothers, Nicolas and Edward Still, who are also active in football. Will Still hails from Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

Will Still was raised in English and went to a French school in Walloon Brabant. Will Still played for the first team of Tempo Overijse and at the time he was playing in the Belgian Fourth Division.

Will Still started his career as an assistant to the U14 manager of Preston North End. In 2014 he became a video analyst at Sint-Truiden.
At the end of the 2021–22 season, Will Still got a call back from Reims, to become the Ligue 1 side as an assistant manager. Still took over as caretaker manager after García was sacked on 13 October 2022.
In April 2017, Will Still started a new position at the second division team Lierse, combining his video analyst job with the assignment as assistant manager of Frederik Vanderbiest.
After Losada left in mid-January 2021 to start as head coach of D.C. United, Will Still became the new manager of Beerschot.
