In April 2017, Will Still started a new position at the second division team Lierse, combining his video analyst job with the assignment as assistant manager of Frederik Vanderbiest.

Will Still started his career as an assistant to the U14 manager of Preston North End. In 2014 he became a video analyst at Sint-Truiden.
After Losada left in mid-January 2021 to start as head coach of D.C. United, Will Still became the new manager of Beerschot.
Will Still played for Flemish clubs and for the youth teams of Sint-Truiden and Mons. Will Still played for the first team of Tempo Overijse and at the time he was playing in the Belgian Fourth Division.
At the age of 17, Will Still moved to England to start studying to become a coach at Myerscough College in Preston, Lancashire.
