Are Angela Bassett Twins Biological?

Angela Bassett and her husband revealed that their children (twins), Slater and Bronwyn were carried by a surrogate even though they are biologically theirs.

The couple discussed the issue on the tv show saying that they went through seven years of failed fertility treatment, including IVF. It was an extremely trying time, especially for Angela.

She said: “I was devastated when it didn’t happen again and again. I remain hopeful and resilient and, Okay, let’s do it again”.

For Angela, the actual birth of their babies was an amazing experience. She added that “Just standing there together, holding each other with the realisation that this is the moment that we’ve been working towards, praying for… it’s a dream come true”.
