Jillian Schultz is the wife of Justin Schultz a Canadian professional ice hockey defenseman who currently plays for the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL).

The couple got married in 2020. According to reports, they both grew up in Kelowna. Jillian Schultz earned a bachelor of arts in 2003 from the University of Victoria.
Jillian Schultz worked as a secretary at Brun Body and Hair Bar in Victoria in 2011, then as a merchandiser at Labatt Breweries of Canada before becoming a bid assistant at Bouygues Energies and Services Canada in 2014.
He was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the second round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, but never signed with the team.

On June 30, 2012, Schultz agreed to a two-year, entry-level contract with the Oilers. Justin Schultz spent two seasons with the Oilers.
Justin Schultz was traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins on February 27, 2016. Justin Schultz spent four seasons with the Penguins, playing in a total of 292 regular season games and scoring 28 goals and 96 assists for 124 points.
He also played in 61 playoff games and helped the team win the Stanley Cup in 2016. On July 13, 2022, Schultz signed as a free agent on a two-year, $6 million contract with the Seattle Kraken.
