Lance  Kerwin was an American actor best known for his work in television and film during his childhood and adolescence in the 1970s.

Lance Kerwin passed away on January 24, 2023, according to his talent agent John Boitano. He was 62. There was no mention of his cause of death.

Lance Kerwin grew up in Lake Elsinore, California. His father was an acting coach who would bring home scripts for him to read. His mother was a performer as well as a talent agent.

Kerwin began his career in television shows such as “Little House on the Prairie,” “Wonder Woman,” and “The Bionic Woman.”

He also appeared in several “ABC After School Specials,” an anthology series aimed at kids and teens that also featured Jodie Foster.

Lance Kerwin appeared in several made-for-TV movies and series during the 1970s. He starred in the TV series James at 15, as well as the made-for-TV movies The Loneliest Runner and Salem’s Lot.

His last professional credit was in the 1995 film “Outbreak,” until the 2022 film “The Wind and the Reckoning,” starring Johnathon Schaech.
