Zhanna Monastyrskyi was the wife of Denys Monastyrsky a Ukrainian lawyer and politician who served as Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs.

There are no public details about Zhanna Monastyrskyi aside from her marriage to Denys Monastyrsky.
Monastyrsky began his legal career in 2007. He also served as an associate professor at Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, where he directed the department of lawmaking and scientific expertise.

Monastyrsky worked as an assistant consultant to Anton Herashchenko from 2014 to 2019.
He was appointed as Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs from 16 July 2021 to his death on 18 January 2023. As the Interior Minister, he oversaw Ukraine’s police and emergency services,
Denys Monastyrsky died Wednesday, 18 January 2023, in a helicopter crash near the capital that killed at least 14 people, including other officials and three children, authorities said.
