Who Is Dominic Perrottet?
Dominic Perrottet is a liberalist politician and the current Premier of New South Wales.
Born on September 21, 1982, in West Pennant Hills, Australia, Perrottet holds a degree in commerce and law from the University of Sydney, and began his political journey as a college student.
Perrottet was a commercial lawyer in the banking industry for quite some time. In 2005, he was elected President of the NSW Young Liberals Movement and later served on the NSW State Executive of the Liberal Party for a term.

Under the New South Wales Liberal Party, Perrottet has been Treasurer and Deputy Leader.

As a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly, he has represented the seat of Epping, Castle Hill, and Hawkesbury.
In addition, he served as Minister for Industrial Relations and Minister for Finance, Services and Property.
Perrottet became Premier of New South Wales in 2021 after Gladys Berejiklian resigned from the position.
Perrottet’s leadership recently became questionable after photographs of him wearing a Nazi uniform on his 21st birthday party, surfaced on the internet.
He however came out to make a public apology for his “terrible mistake” and “the hurt it will cause”, adding that he was naive at the time.
