“Due to COVID restrictions, this show has been cancelled. You will receive a refund in 10 to 14 business days. Thank you for understanding,” the announcement read.
In November 2021, the show was also cancelled by producers.

“Unfortunately, the scheduled performances of Riverdance today [Sat. Nov. 6, 2021] have been postponed. The safety and welfare of our cast, crew, and fans are our ultimate priority, and we look forward to returning to perform very soon.”
What is the story behind Riverdance?
Riverdance is known to be a theatrical show that consists mainly of traditional Irish music and dance. Bill Whelan is known to be a composer. The show originated as an interval act during the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994. It featured Jean Butler, Michael Flatley himself, and the vocal ensemble Anuna. Its main vision is to tell the story of people moving to new places and changing over time, taking their dances and their stories with them.
