Pastor Jack Hayford was born in Los Angeles, California, on June 25, 1934, and died peacefully in his sleep in his residence in Los Angeles, California, on January 8, 2023, at the age of 88 years.

Pastor Jack Hayford was survived by his wife called Valerie Lemire and his four children called Rebecca Hayford, Jack Hayford III, Mark Hayford, and Christina Hayford.

Pastor Jack Hayford’s family are yet to meet to plan for his funeral but as of now, the Foursquare Church has created an online memorial service in his honour.
