Henry Golding is a British-Malaysian actor and television host best known for his roles as Nick Young in Crazy Rich Asians.

Following the success of Crazy Rich Asians, Golding was cast opposite Emilia Clarke in Feig’s second collaboration, the romantic comedy Last Christmas.
Filming began on November 26, 2018, and ended in February 2019, with the film being released on November 8, 2019.
Henry Golding appeared in Guy Ritchie’s 2019 crime film The Gentlemen, alongside Matthew McConaughey, Hugh Grant, and Michelle Dockery.
Henry Golding later appeared in Hong Khaou’s Monsoon as Kit, a man who travels from London to his birth country of Vietnam to scatter his parents’ ashes.

Henry Golding was born in Malaysia’s Sarawak district of Betong. The family lived in Terengganu for nearly five years before relocating to Surrey, England, when Henry was eight years old.
He went to The Warwick School in Redhill. After working as a hairdresser on Sloane Street in London for a few years, he moved to Kuala Lumpur at the age of 21 to pursue on-screen roles.
