His first child, Ayden was born in May 2011 with Ariel Reese. Then Zaviera, his second was born in March 2015 with Lezhae Zeona.

Fetty Wap had his third child, Khari who was born in March 2016 with Masika Kalysha. He had Amani who is his fourth child in April 2016 with Elaynna Parker.

In 2017, he had Lauren with Turquoise Miami. In July 2021, Lauren died at the age of four. TMZ reported that the death certificate stated she had died of complications of congenital heart arrhythmia, although her mother said on Instagram that Lauren’s cause of death had not yet been fully determined.

In 2018, Zy was born with Lezhae Zeona.

In early 2018, model Alexis Skyy named Fetty Wap as the father of her daughter Alaiya. In 2019, Fetty Wap publicly stated that he is not Alaiya’s father, but is still a father figure to her.
