Frank O’Hara was buried at the Green River Cemetery in Springs, New York, and he is still resting there.

Frank O’Hara was born to Katherine O’Hara and Russell Joseph O’Hara in Baltimore, Maryland, on March 27, 1926, and died in Mastic Beach, New York, on July 25, 1966, at the age of 40 years as a result of a vehicle accident.
