Stephen Anthony James Duffy is an English musician, singer, and songwriter. He was a founding member, vocalist, bassist, and then drummer of Duran Duran. He went on to record as a solo performer under several different names and is the singer and songwriter for The Lilac Time with his older brother Nick.

The songwriter is happily married to his beloved partner, Claire Worrall. Stephen Duffy’s wife, who also goes by Claire Duffy, is a member of his rock band, The Lilac Time. She joined the band in the late 1990s, recording Looking For A Day In The Night in 1999, and has been an active Lilac Timer ever since.

In addition, she is a former member of Robbie Williams’ band and played the keyboard, guitar, and backing vocals for nearly ten years since 1998.

Unfortunately, it is unknown how the couple became met and when they started dating. Nonetheless, Stephen went down on a knee and asked Claire to be his wife on Christmas Eve.
