Martin Duffy was an English keyboardist best known for his work with Felt and Primal Scream.

There is no public information about Martin Duffy’s children. He could have been a father, or he could have died with no children.
Martin Duffy died at the age of 55 on 18 December 2022. According to his bandmate Bobby Gillespie, the cause of death was a brain injury caused by a fall at his home in Brighton.
Duffy played keyboards on Primal Scream’s first two albums and became a permanent member of the band after Felt disbanded at the end of 1989.

Duffy would also work on the soundtrack to the 2018 film Wild Rose with Beth Orton, Steve Mason, Mark Stewart of the Pop Group, Chemical Brothers, Paul Weller, Vic Godard, Subway Sect, and Jessie Buckley.
In 2014, Duffy released Assorted Promenades on Burgess’s O Genesis label, which included music dating back to 1997.
Chaosmosis, Primal Scream’s most recent studio album, was released in 2016. Duffy also appeared on frontman Bobby Gillespie’s collaborative album Utopian Ashes, released in 2021.
