In the series, Worzel Gummidge was living in a ten-acre field, however, he would often visit the nearby village of Scatterbrook, where he befriended two children who were siblings; John Peters and Sue Peters. These siblings often cleared up the messes created by Worzel Gummidge.

Where is Scatterbrook farm supposed to be?

According to sources, all Scatterbrook scenes were filmed at Valence End Farm, a working farm which is located just outside Dunstable in Bedfordshire. It was reported that the farm’s neighborhood includes wildlife animals like cheetahs, brown bears, and elephants, and it was just right next door to Whipsnade Zoo.
