Stephen “tWitch” Boss was a freestyle hip hop dancer, choreographer, actor, television producer, and television personality from the United States.

He graduated from Lee High School in Montgomery, Alabama, in 2000, and then attended Southern Union State Community College in Wadley, Alabama, and Chapman University to study Dance Performance.
Boss rose to prominence as a contestant on MTV’s The Wade Robson Project before finishing second on Star Search.
Later, in 2008, he competed on So You Think You Can Dance, finishing as a runner-up and later returning as an All-Star. When the show returned in 2022, he was a judge.

Boss appeared as a guest DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2014. He eventually became a regular on the show and was promoted to co-executive producer in 2020.
From 2014 to the show’s end in 2022, he was a cohost on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He also appeared as a sidekick to Ellen DeGeneres in Ellen’s Game of Games.
He and his wife, Allison Holker, hosted Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings on Freeform and Disney+ from 2018 to 2020.
Stephen “tWitch” Boss was found dead at the age of 40 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound on December 13, 2022.
