Al Woods is an American football nose tackle for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. Al Woods attended Elton High School in Elton, Louisiana. Al Woods played college football at Louisiana State University.

Al Woods was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round (123rd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Al Woods played for the New Orleans Saints in 2010, the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2010, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010 and the Seattle Seahawks in 2011.

Al Woods previously played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2011 to 2013, the
Tennessee Titans from 2014 to 2016 and the Indianapolis Colts from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Al Woods played in 14 games with eight games recording 24 tackles. In 2021, Al Woods started 16 games recording a career-high 50 tackles, three passes defended, 11 QB pressures and 1.5 sacks.
