Antonio Miguel Mateu Lahoz (born 12 March 1977) is a Spanish football referee who has refereed La Liga matches since 2008. He is also an international referee with experience.

Mateu Lahoz set a World Cup record by issuing 18/17 yellow cards during the quarterfinal encounter between Argentina and the Netherlands on December 10, 2022. This was the most yellow card ever issued during a World Cup game.
