Tracy Hitchings was married to Peter, a wonderful man who was by her side throughout her cancer battle. However, there are no public details about her husband Peter.
Tracy Hitchings died on December 10, 2022, according to a post on the band’s Facebook page.
“We have to report with a heavy heart and great sadness that our dear friend Tracy Hitchings has passed away after a long illness.
“Her sixtieth birthday had only recently passed… Tracy was a remarkable artist and a lovely person. She was a valued member of Landmarq for over two decades, contributing uniquely and significantly to the band as vocalist and lyricist.

“She leaves a fantastic legacy of songs that will undoubtedly live on.” Funeral arrangements for Tracy Hitchings have nor been made public.

Tracy Hitchings joined Landmarq in 1998 and released the vocally focused album Science of Coincidence.
Her musical career spanned 1989 to 2022, with numerous notable sessions with various bands and artists, primarily in the British neo-progressive rock scene.
