Ralph Lauren insists that it had no sponsorship deal with Rick Stein. Rick Stein is an English celebrity chef, restaurateur, writer and television presenter.

Rick Stein has written over 25 cookery books, and a memoir and made over 30 programmes including 12 cookery series.

Along with business partner Jill Stein, he has run the Stein hotel and restaurant business in the UK.

Rick Stein is the head chef and a co-owner of “Rick Stein at Bannisters” at Mollymook and Port Stephens in Australia, alongside his second wife, Sarah.

Rick Stein is the father of Jack Stein, Edward Stein and Charles Stein. Rick Stein was born and brought up on a farm.

Rick Stein partially completed a hotel management traineeship with British Transport Hotels at its Great Western Royal Hotel in Paddington.

Rick Stein’s book English Seafood Cookery won the Glenfiddich Award for Food Book of the Year in 1989.
