Where did Tage Thompson grow up?

Tage Thompson was born in Phoenix, Arizona. However, he has lived in Orange, Connecticut and Narragansett, Rhode Island.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Tage Thompson grew up playing ice hockey. He played for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program before committing to the University of Connecticut to play college hockey.

Tage Thompson graduated from Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Pioneer High School in Michigan was his ninth school.

While at the University of Connecticut, Tage Thompson appeared in all 36 games during his freshman season at UConn in 2015–16. He was second on the team with 32 points on 14 goals and 18 assists.

In his first professional season, Tage Thompson scored 17 goals and 32 points in 74 games with the Wolves. He played in the AHL, where he improved his offensive numbers, scoring 22 goals and 39 points in 56 games.

Tage Thompson has also played in the AHL with the Rochester Americans, where he has scored 13 goals and 21 points in 34 games.
