Why did Bob McGrath leave Sesame Street?
Bob McGrath was one of the longest-serving casts on the American educational children’s television series titled Sesame Street and he acted for almost five decades from 1969 to 2016.
Bob McGrath left Sesame Street in 2017 after his current that ran out was not renewed by his leaders.
According to the Sesame Workshop, they wanted to tune the television series to a more educative one to suit children’s educational needs and they felt Bob McGrath could not be the best person to suit their purpose.
