Billy Connolly was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease but was recently diagnosed with a sleep behaviour disorder as he has trouble when he drifts off.

Billy is known for his jokes on stage but has also revealed that he can’t stop swearing in his sleep. He said in an interview, “Recently, I was diagnosed with sleep behaviour disorder because, apparently, I have ragging battles during the night”.

Billy Connolly was diagnosed with a long-term degenerative disorder after having surgery for prostate cancer and went public with the news in 2013.
The disease affects the brain and signs include involuntary shaking, stiff muscles and slow movement as well as memory problems and balance issues.
