Who Is Erick Gutierrez?
Érick Gutiérrez is a Mexican football midfielder who plays for Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven and the Mexico national team.
Born on June 15, 1995, Erick has played for Pachuca, aside from PSV and the Mexico national football team.

He began playing for Pachuca at age 12 as a right-back, before he became a midfielder. While at Pachuca, Erick won the 2016 Clausura and the 2016–2017 CONCACAF Champions League.
At age 20, he was already captain for his team.
In 2018, Erick signed a five-year contract with PSV Eindhoven, and even went on to play for Mexico U-23 side at the 2016 Summer Olympics, as well as the senior team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Erick is a versatile and intelligent player with great composure and maturity on the pitch. He helped his team win the KNVB Cup in 2021, and the Johan Cruyff Shield in 2022.
In 2022, the left-footed defensive midfielder was named amongst Mexico’s 26-man squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
