Brigitte Nielsen is an actress, model, and singer, known for appearing in the 1985 films Red Sonja and Rocky IV.

Born on July 15, 1963, Nielsen started out with modelling for Greg Gorman and Helmut Newton in the 80s.

She graced a number of magazine covers and even modelled for Marvel Comics as the comic book character She-Hulk.

Nielsen made her acting debut in 1985, with the fantasy film Red Sonja in which she acted alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In 1987, she stared in Rocky IV and Cobra, together with her then husband and co-actor, Sylvester Stallone.

Since then Nielsen has appeared in several movies and TV shows including Cop II (1987), Fantaghirò, 976-Evil II, The Double 0 Kid (1992), Chained Heat II (1993), Galaxis (1995), Snowboard Academy (1996), Fantaghirò 2, Ronal the Barbarian, Eldorado, Exodus, Raising Hope, Mercenaries, and The Guardians of Justice.

In 2015, she launched her talk show Gitte Talks on the Danish TV Channel Kanal 4; and went on to present the dating show “Wirt sucht Liebe” (“Is Looking for Love”) for the German TV channel RTL II.
