Elvis Peguero is a professional baseball pitcher with the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Peguero was born on March 20, 1997, in Cotui, Dominican Republic to parents whose details (including their names) are unknown.
Peguero is yet to reveal information regarding his family and as a result, it is not known if he has siblings.
Moving to Peguero’s MLB career, he was signed by the New York Yankees as an international free agent on July 2, 2015 and spent the 2016 season with the Dominican Summer League Yankees.

He spent the entire 2018 season with the GCL Yankees, where he made 9 appearances, going 0–3 with a 6.25 ERA and 23 strikeouts.
Peguero spent the 2019 season with the Pulaski Yankees, managing 15 appearances and going 2–2 with a 4.19 ERA and 29 strikeouts.
He did not play in 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Peguero made his MLB debut for the Los Angeles Angels in 2021.
Peguero was traded by the Los Angeles Angels together with two others in Nov. 2022 to the Milwaukee Brewers for Hunter Renfroe.
