Mickey Kuhn, an American actor best known for his appearance in the 1939 Civil War classic “Gone With the Wind” when he was just 6 years old has died. Kuhn was born on September 21, 1932 and died November 20, 2022. He was 90 years old.

Kuhn’s death was revealed by Barbara, his wife of many years.
She revealed that Mickey passed away at a hospice facility in Naples, Florida and went on to say that he was in good health until recently.

She did not reveal the cause of death.

Aside portraying Beau Wilkes, the son of Ashley and Melanie Wilkes, portrayed by Leslie Howard and Olivia de Havilland, respectively in the drama, he also starred in:
- 1945’s “Dick Tracy,”
- 1948’s “Red River” and
- 1951’s “A Streetcar Named Desire.”
He left the film industry in 1956, making his final acting appearance on the TV show Alfred Hitchcock Presents that year.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, a son named Mick and a daughter named Patricia.
