Robert Alan Chapek is a very famous American media executive born on August 21, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Chapek is best known to have served as The Walt Disney Company’s CEO from 2020 to 2022.

In 1980, Chapek married a very beautiful and supportive wife, Cynthia Ann Ford. The couple went on to have three wonderful children who are not well known as their parents are. For reasons that only he can explain, Chapek withholds the majority of information on his children from the media.

Chapek also worked for the Walt Disney Company for 26 years and before he was named CEO, he had already started in the Home Entertainment division and eventually moved up to become Chairman of Parks & Resorts and finally Chief Executive Officer.

On November 20, 2022, Chapek resigned as CEO of The Walt Disney Company after the Disney executive board made the announcement.
