Derrick White and his wife Hannah Schneider are proud parents of their first son – Hendrix James White who was born on May 20, 2022.

Nothing come to dearer to anyone that his family and on that tangent, White flew to Massachusetts to be present for the birth of his son, Hendrix James White.

As a result, he missed Boston’s 127-102 runaway victory over the Miami Heat.

Hendrix was born a year after Derrick White and Hannah Schneider tied the knot.

Derrick, who currently plies his trade with the Boston Celtics was formerly with the San Antonio Spurs.

In fact, White was:

• One of 60 NBA prospects invited to the 2017 NBA Draft Combine,
• One of only 15 combine invitees who had not been Rivals top-150 prospects in high school, and
• One of only three who did not sign with Division I programs out of high school.

White was drafted by The Spurs with the 29th pick of the 2017 NBA draft.

He made his debut on October 18, coming off the bench in a 107–99 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

He stayed with San Antonio Spurs until Feb. 2022 when he was traded to the Boston Celtics.
