Keith Brown is a Scottish politician and Deputy Leader of the Scottish National Party (SNP).

Born on December 20, 1961, in Edinburgh, UK, Brown is a former commando in the Royal Marines, has held the position of Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans since 2021.

Brown was elected to the Scottish Parliament (MSP) in 2007 and has since served the Ochil, Clackmannanshire, and Dunblane constituencies.

Brown has served as Minister for Schools and Skills; Minister for Transport and Infrastructure; Minister for Housing and Transport; and Minister for Veterans affairs.
