Who Is Lane Johnson?
Lane Johnson is a professional footballer who plays as an offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.
Born on May 8, 1990, in Groveton, Texas, Johnson played high school football at Groveton High School.
He made it to the All-state and All-district selection, playing quarterback.
After a successful high school career, Johnson played college football at Kilgore College in east Texas, as a quarterback and tight end.

At Kilgore, he recorded 584 passing yards for 7 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.
He was later transferred to the University of Oklahoma, where he played with the Sooners from 2009 to 2012.
In 2013, the Philadelphia Eagles drafted Johnson as 4th overall pick in the NFL Draft for that year.
Johnson signed a four-year deal worth $19.85 million with the team, plus a signing bonus of $12.81 million.
In the 2021 season, he was named a second-team All Pro.
Johnson so far, has played 120 games, all of which he started. He has recorded 1 reception, 5 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown.
