Jessica Holmes is the wife of Jonnie Irwin, a property expert and TV presenter. Jessica is not well-known in the public eye because she prefers to avoid the spotlight.

The couple has been married since September 2016. Jonnie Irwin and his wife Jessica share a three-year-old son named Rex and two-year-old twins, Rafa and Cormac. They had Rex in December 2018.
Irwin revealed that he has terminal cancer on November 14, 2022. “I don’t know how long I have left with my wife Jess,” he said, “but I try to stay positive and my attitude is that I’m living with cancer, not dying from it.”

Irwin began his career as an associate director at business transfer specialists Christie & Co before moving on to Colliers International.
Irwin has advised clients on business and property matters for the past ten years, ranging from small high street gift shops to multimillion-pound corporate hotel packages. He still runs a real estate and business consulting firm.
He gives presentations on his tips for buying property abroad at A Place in the Sun Live. Irwin also hosts seminars and corporate events regularly.
