Steve Webber, an American baseball player and coach renowned for leadng the Georgia Bulldogs to a national championship in baseball and being the coach with the most wins in the school’s history, has died.

Webber posted a record of 500-403-1 over 16 years as Georgia’s head coach, highlighted by a run to the 1990 national title.
He also guided the Bulldogs to the College World Series in 1987.
Webber was born on November 21, 1947 and died on November 12, 2022 at the age of 74, a few days to his 75th birthday.
