Royce O’Neale is a professional basketball player who plays for the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA.
Born on June 5, 1993, in Killeen, Texas, O’Neale played basketball at Harker Heights High School.
He later played small forward for the Denver Pioneers in collegiate basketball for the University of Denver and Baylor University.

In the 2012–2013 season, he competed at the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) level.

In 2015, O’Neale made his professional debut in Germany. He played for MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and averaged 8.1 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest.
He earned a contract with the Spanish team Herbalife Gran Canaria for the 2016–2017 season after participating for the Golden State Warriors’ Summer League squad in 2016.
O’Neale participated for the Utah Jazz in the 2017 NBA Summer League after signing a contract with the team for the 2017–2018 season.
O’Neale’s agreement with the Utah Jazz was later extended through 2020.
In 2022, O’Neale was traded to the Brooklyn Nets, for a first-round draft pick in 2023.
