Sven-Bertil Gunnar Evert Taube, a Swedish singer, actor and son of songwriter Evert Taube and sculptor Astri Taube had an estimated net worth of $5 million at time of death.

Taube who was born in Stockholm on 24 November 1934 passed away on 11 November 2022 at age 87, a few days to his 88th birthday.

Taube began playing guitar at age 14 and he released his first album years later in 1954, which included a cover of one of his father’s songs.

Since the release of his first album, he has released many albums which include songs written by his father.

Sven-Bertil Taube also had a successful career as an actor.

His first role in a movie was as a teenager in the role of himself in “Sjösalavår” in 1949.

Taube played in international productions in the 1970s, including the role of a German officer during the Second World War in “The eagle has landed” (1976).

He is survived by his wife Mikaela Ryden and children: Sascha Zacharias, Jesper Taube, Felix Taube and Ann-Charlotte Taube.
