Kelly Chaundel Tshibaka is an American attorney and politician. She is a Republican candidate in the 2022 United States Senate election in Alaska.

Kelly was raised in Wasilla and Anchorage. She attended Steller Secondary School in Anchorage, graduating in 1995.

Following her graduation, she attended University of Alaska Anchorage and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999.

She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 2002.

Kelly is married to Niki Tshibaka and they have five children whose names are not yet known.
