Keegan Murray was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on 19 August 2000. Keegan Murray’s parents are Michelle and Kenyon Murray.
His father, Kenyon, is a former basketball player who, like Keegan, played collegiate basketball for Iowa. His mom, Michelle, was a four-sport athlete in high school and played golf in college.
Keegan’s parents met at the University of Iowa, with his dad telling KCRG: “We met each other and it was love at first sight.”
Keegan Murray also has a younger sister, McKenna, who plays basketball at Prairie.
