Imran Khan Shooting: What Happened to Former Pakistan Prime Minister

Former Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan has been reportedly shot in an attempt on his life during a protest march.

Imran Khan served as the 22nd prime minister of Pakistan from August 2018 until April 2022, when he was ousted through a no-confidence motion. He is the founder and chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), one of the largest political parties in the country.

On 22nd August 2022, Khan was charged by the Pakistani police under anti-terror laws after Kan accused the police and judiciary of detaining and torturing his close aide.
