Jeremy Mansfield was a South African radio and television personality. Jeremy Mansfield was born in Grahamstown, South Africa.

He went to Kingswood College. He stayed in Grahamstown to attend Rhodes University, where he studied Speech and Drama as well as Journalism.

Mansfield had a career that spanned decades, bringing entertainment and laughter to many on then 94.7. He died on October 31, 2022, after a battle with stage 4 liver cancer.

Jeremy Mansfield worked as a presenter and voice-over artist on numerous radio stations, and he also presented numerous television shows and inserts for popular television magazine shows.

Jeremy Mansfield released a series of CDs containing the best of his on-air jokes and exploits, as well as writing joke books and being a master chef, co-authoring the multi-award-winning cookbook – Zhoozsh!

Former South African President Nelson Mandela personally thanked Mansfield for his charitable work, which has raised well over R12 million.
