Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva best known as Lula, is a Brazilian politician, trade unionist and the president-elect of Brazil. He will become the 39th president of Brazil in 2023, and previously served as the 35th president from 2003 to 2010.

After being jailed on corruption charges, Lula, a left-wing engineered a stunning political resurrection on Sunday (Oct. 30, 2022) by winning Brazil’s presidential runoff election — in a nail-biter — over right-wing incumbent President Jair Bolsonaro.
Official returns gave da Silva, who is a former two-term president, 50.9% of the vote compared to 49.1% for Bolsonaro. Da Silva will be sworn-in for a four-year term on Jan. 1.
Meet Lula’s children;

- Fábio Luís da Silva
Fabio was born in 1975 in São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo. He is married to Renata de Abreu Moreira and has a son Pedro da Silva.
Fabio, nicknamed Lulinha, was rumoured to own a $50 million jet. However, his father denied those rumors.
Prior to his father being elected Brazil’s president, Lulinha worked as an intern in a zoo.

- In 2004, a year after Lula’s first election, Lulinha launched Gamecorp, a company that produced content for TV and internet.
- In 2005, Gamecorp received over $2.3 million from Telemar, today known as Oi.
- Sandro Luís da Silva
Sandro is perhaps the most secretive of Lula’s children.

Lurian is Lula’s first daughter.
She is a militant of the Workers’ Party (PT) and was active in the struggle for her father’s liberation.
- Marcos Cláudio da Silva
Marcos was born on February 4, 1971 in São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo.
He was educated at Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial, UFSC and has a child, Thiago Trindade Lula da Silva.
