Stan Bingham Wife: Who Is Lora Bingham?

Lora Bingham is the wife of Stanley Walker Bingham, an American politician and Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly who represented the state’s thirty-third Senate district, including constituents in Davidson and Guilford counties.

Much is not known about Lora. However, following the sudden demise of her husband, people are searching to get to know who she is.

Lora’s husband was a small town newspaper publisher and retired lumber company owner prior to serving in the state Senate.

And prior to being elected to the North Carolina General Assembly, he served as chairman of the Davidson County Commissioners.

He completed 8 terms in 2016 and retired from the Senate in 2017 and during his tenure, he introduced and passed 171 bills, many of which were consumer protection related.

North Carolina Senator Steve Jarvis, who represents District 29 which includes Davidson and Montgomery counties was shocked and saddened at the passing of Lora’s husband and said;

“It is a huge shock. I attended an event where he was last night and he seemed to be in good health.

“It is a huge loss because he loved Davidson County and he loved North Carolina. As a legislator, he was well respected by all of his colleagues on both sides of the isle.

“He was a true servant to this community, and he will be missed.”
