Lucianne Goldberg founded her literary agency to promote books that others would have avoided. In an article published during the fallout from the Lewinsky tapes, the New York Times described her as “an agent with a taste for right-wing, tell-all attack books.”
Her previous work included co-founding the Pussycat League, a group that campaigned against feminism and the Equal Rights Amendment in 1970.
